Pittsburgh Power strives to meet customer demands for prompt service and delivery. To facilitate this goal, we process and ship orders throughout the day. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to cancel or modify an order once it has entered the fulfillment process.
We cannot stop delivery once an order has been processed for shipping. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. In this case, you may return your order to us within 30 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip.
Returns & Exchanges:
In the event that you would like to return or exchange your item, you must do so within 60 days of the date listed on the packing slip enclosed with the original order. Returns and/or exchanges after 60 days will not be honored.
